Design Guidelines
- Maintain uniform wall thickness (2–4mm ideal) to prevent sink marks
- Add 1–2° draft angle on all vertical walls
- Avoid undercuts where possible; use side actions only when necessary
- Design ribs to 50–60% of wall thickness to prevent sink
- Provide gate location preference or let the moldmaker advise
