Design Guidelines
- Minimum bend radius = material thickness
- Maintain consistent bend direction to minimize setups
- Avoid features too close to bend lines (≥ 2× material thickness clearance)
- Design holes ≥ material thickness diameter and away from edges
- Specify weld symbol or weld callout on drawing
